Consumer Surveys

A key component of a community's revitalization plan is a retail market study to gain a better understanding of the types of goods and services area residents would like to have available. The information collected can be used by decision-makers to strengthen an area's economy and advocate for desirable improvements. University of Idaho Extension collected data from consumers in Downtown Lewiston as part of the town's implementation of the Main Street, USA program.


The Gold Standard of Customer Relations

A one to two hour introductory workshop for businesses, non-profits organizations and government offices. Participants will learn the values of delivering outstanding service, the six keys of customer relations, and how they can deliver that service time and time again.
